There was once a sway of roaring majesty.

The tree.
The neighbours raised the money,
they hired a tree surgeon.
Friday; the said came to take the tree away.

There was once a sway of roaring majesty.

leaves,
Now sunshine spills into every garden corner,
no shadow breaking.
In Autumn no leaves are falling,
messing up the patio.

seeds.
Behold the tree lives on,
in bonsai format,
a seed is shooting,
as a souvenir.

Long live the tree,
formulated and controlled by laboratory me.
